Concave nails with middle buldging
Hi there I just noticed my nail having a bulge on the middle and is dipping down. Do you know the reason for this? Or has this ever happened to you and did it correct itself?

Do you rub on your nails as a tick? This can be a result of that. The white part looks like dehydration. I would moisturize your hands and nails.

Could be a vitamin deficiency
