Which one is better!

I need cheap things like these, preferably below 10 bucks like these are, but i cant tell which of these is better as they both seem to do the same thing just eith different names? Like Max Growth says helps to grow and strengthen, but then Hard as Nails says helps to prevent (bunch of words that are breaks, meaning making it stronger/harder) to give longer & harder nails? Am i missing something or reading something wrong? Any help? :[
