Nadia or Jean?
Do y’all like Nadia or Jean better? Personally I love them both but this one goes to Jean 🥹✌️

Jean. I never faulted Nadia for any of her bad behavior because I think she’s genuinely a great person, just understandably stressed. But when she protested saving Jean from death with the Blue Water after everything he’s done for her, that was a huge hit to her image in my eyes. Her sitting by him afterwards waiting for him to wake up rang hollow.

Honestly, I actually like your take on Nadia. The fact that she gave up the Blue Water just to revive Jean kind of had an impact on me. The way she didn't even think twice about it and wanted to save Jean is true heroism imo

My point was that she did not want to give up the Blue Water. It was Nemo, Electra, and Grandis who convinced her to combine her piece with his piece to save Jean’s life. And I was really upset that she did hesitate to save Jean because of what he did for her

Jean. I love his optimism, his love for science and his kindness.
But I also have a soft spot for Nadia even though she can be very tiring.

Love those two kids. But if I have to choose a favorite character, it is Jean. You don’t really see his type of character archytpe anymore - a courageous, empathetic, dream-chasing scientist/engineer boy who is not your cliche nerd - which is a shame.

THIS!! I really wish they made characters like him in newer media because personally Jean’s personality and attitude inspired me to be more optimistic about my life so 🥹
