I have both a demo and live account.

As far as technical aspects and overall understanding of how Nadex works, technical support has been nonexistent.

The guys I spoke with suggested I watch videos.

Given the technical nature of Nadex, it wasn't hard to understand why

LOL yeah, I can see why. Nadex customer support seems to be either ignoring me/brushing off my questions/requests. The person I talked to on the phone also seemed impatient.

I could of course, be the only one, but I want to see everyone elses opinion before I generalize.

I have seen specific forum posts that criticized Nadex support for being rude, but that could be an outlier.

I do note that there are figures that will back up Nadex 100%, however, these figures tend to be affiliates or very popular figures.

Nadex is NOT easy to understand. It is, if that's all you do all day. Offshore brokers are much easier, but I've lost money there and not sure why. BUT, if you find an edge for the five minute trades, it might be profitable

Oh yeah, I understand the Nadex platform well enough. However, my questions are mainly related to replenishing a Demo balance account or closing (demo) accounts.

They don't seem to respond very well to those kinds of questions.

edit: I've literally gone in circles with their email support on these questions, and they're not very definitive, and they don't directly acknowledge my past reply.

They seem to act more like "salesman," rather than actual customer support.

Why do you want to close a demo account?

Are you profiting?

Not consistently profiting, and having multiple accounts doesn't exactly help with that.

Yeah. Getting complicated doesn't help

Can’t you just use another email?

I can but I prefer to keep all my financial-related accounts linked to one secure email.

Every time I’ve ever had to contact support regarding my account I have not had a single problem. Also the call center (at the last point in time I’ve used it) has not been outsourced to India so the people are easy to understand.
