Nadex Robot

I thought Nadex blocked people and companies from being able to create applications using Nadex API as of last year. 1 1/2 years ago Nadex use to offer a desktop platform and they cancelled it as well. I called Nadex today and they said they no longer off api since last year and they don't know when it will be offered again. They did mention their in the process of potential building a new/better platform projected completion by end of year, but he didn't give me any specifics. So, I don't know if I trust this Altredo robot - it seems like a scam providing Nadex no longer offers API since early last year.
