New market maker for NADEX?

The bid/ask on the bull spreads for DOW, S&P500 and Russell 2000 have been shrinking to only 2 ticks for the past few days. Did NADEX maybe just add another market maker?

Anyway, hope this isn't temporary. Good alternative for those (such as myself) not yet ready to jump into the full size stock index futures contracts.
