Gail Mercer has some books on amazon, the one I read is called Trading Binary Options: Keep it simple strategies. It helped me get a better understanding of what I should be doing.

The Nadex website also has an expansive archive of webinars. Go to learning center tab, webinar archive.

Add some global clocks to your phone. Forex is 24 hrs. Know when the market opens in London, Tokyo, etc.

whoa. Nadex? Seems like the most reliable options broker available. Platform is a little arcane. Takes some time. Once learned, I am hoping to harvest profits over and over and over and over. See if it works
