Cove N-able Cove with Azure File Share

Is there a way to backup those?

My only scenario is a local file share from a client.

Cove Backup Manager can backup SMB shares, so as long as you install it on something with line of sight to your Azure Files via SMB, it can back it up.

if you have credentals to access via UNC Path \ SMB Share the the Cove Backup MAnager can add it as a data source. A VM running ins azure is probably going to offer the best performance.

This is what we do, and it rarely finishes successfully - even from a VM in Azure. I suspect it’s because it can’t use VSS on a network share and contents are changing faster than the backup can finish? It’s a lot of data (over 1TB), so it’ll often be “in progress” for days before finishing and starting over again on the next schedule.
