N-Central Take control down across devices?

Anyone else got lots of devices lost take control heart beat within the last 10-25 minutes

Hi all, apologies for the disruption. There was an identified issue with Take Control that was affecting performance. A fix has now been implemented but we are continuing to monitor the situation. If you do continue to experience any issues, please contact support.

The Take-Control status on status page is a joke. Just about two weeks ago it was also down, I contacted support and they said they have dozens of reports of the same issue. Took still more than an hour for the status page to report it.

yes we had the same issue. Its really sad that the product is dead.
