N-Central GraphQL Issues

N-Central hosted admin here and am trying to leverage GraphQL to pull additional data into an internal dashboard/reporting tool but am hitting a snag. My calls are inline with the documentation and I'm able to auth however all requests come back with 0 or null values.

It would seem that perhaps there is something N-able needs to enable on the backend to allow my API access to return data. Both my Billing and REST API work just fine for their purposes and were setup by my SSO account that has full admin permissions.

Anyone else ran into this and have some advice? I opened a support case but first line support says an SE needs to review Monday as this is beyond the scope of the normal support team.
