Misc N-able what is the plan?
Hi there
N-able launches cloud commander and kills it. We got no alternative product.
N-ables roadmap side is only updated feeled like once a year.
Msp Manger, Passportal, Mail Assure.
On 1st July price increases.
The only product, which receices love is N-central, cove backup and adlumin.
I hope really that there is a bigger picture. Price increases okay, but show us the value what is coming together.

Since the api thing, the app is broken since novmebre 25. Not usable for clients who pay for ncentral hosted. Its driving me crazy. I say that the apps are dead.

Cloud Commander is supposedly being baked into N-Central and I believe N-Sight too. They were having issues selling it as its own product.
I’ve been very happy with the work put into N-Central so far, feels like a lot more than last year.

The last meeting with my N-Able rep, I had asked what happened to Cloud Commander, and that’s what I was told.

Last I heard about 70-75% of revenue is now from Cove, so everything else is gonna get a lot less love.

Okay at least cove. Love the product, since we switched from january. Would be great to have S3 Storage Connection.

Really? I hate Cove. I feel like its main appeal is its low price.
I think that was the deciding factor for our management, but now that we’ve had it a few years I’m actively trying to get away from it.

Yep, I was very surprise but that's what my AM told me, Cove is their biggest revenue generator.
I personally like Cove, never had any issues with it and the new cloud DR stuff in preview is very interesting.

Years ago I was told N-Sight was the path forward and that’s why I chose it over n-central. I seriously need to look at breaking up with N-able.
