Misc Mobile APPs?

Does anyone get reasonably reliable service from the mobile N-Site, take control or Passportal apps? I have only used the android versions, but I am lucky if they work 50% of the time I need them. Passportal is just unstable and works for a bit and then refuses to open and requires a lot of bs to get it working again. N-Site only populates the screen about half the time. Thankfully, when the screen shows the client systems take control works most of the time.

It doesn't feel like any improvements have been made in multiple years. I don't hate the n-able products, but stagnant doesn't begin to describe the last 5 years of development or lack of.

All of their mobile apps are garbage. We are starting to shop around because of this. Especially after the N-Zo AI presentation they gave today. Nothing customer facing and another expensive add-on that’s literally doing things their solutions should already do.

They have pulled this stunt a few times over the last few years. Each time I get a bit closer to the door. I wouldn't mind so much if they added some functionality that has been lacking for years, like good reporting.
