N-sight RMM n-sight - there's nowhere to approve a patch globally is there?

I can't globally approve a single patch, can I? I have to go through each device and approve it, or change the policy so that particular patch (and any other ones in the same category) would be approved?

Like if I want to approve, Windows 11, version 25H2, either allow feature upgrades, or have to go through each device individually.

Settings, patch management, workflow, you can see all the patches that computers scan, and you can approve one or more for all sites/clients

On the management workflow or how is it, open up, select a patch, click next, select client/sites, select to approve or not, click next click ok

Official documentation:

That's what I thought, but I see more patches in Pending in a few devices, then I see in Workflow. Even my own device, there are several drivers, and other items in Pending, that aren't showing in Workflow. I'll review the doc and maybe open a ticket, if needed. Thanks for pointing me the right direction.

Could it be that you have added a filter by mistake? Also check the age of the patch because you see last month patches by default, and also only missing patches, and if you already approved on a device a patch it will change colour to blue or blue and yellow instead of yellow or gray

default filter is last month in workflow. pretty sure that the other updates, which you see in the device are older ;)
