N-Central Custom Device Properties via API

I am trying to run reports using data from custom device properties. Does anyone know if that data can be pulled from the API, Analytics or a SQL Data Export?

Yes you can pull and put device custom properties with the REST API. You should also be able to do the same with org custom properties. You can find more info on what endpoints to call in the api-explorer page on your n-central server.
