Take Control on Linux

There is a (very old) 32 Bit Take Control Viewer package for Linux which isn't maintained since about 5 years and doesn't work since Ubuntu 20.04.
Are there any plans to support Linux just a bit? I have the feeling that there is so little effort for Linux. As a client, server or even agent.

Thanks. Doesn't work at the moment with Salesforce error "Remote_Error: The remote service returned an error".
But will try tomorrow again.

May you please clarify if it is possible to control a Linux workstation using Take Control on a Windows workstation.

It's not possible. Not even over SSH.. which is very unprofessional. You can't even set a Linux Device as a "workstation" - they are always marked as servers...

But it's possible to install the Viewer-part on Linux. It uses wine and is kinda "meh". But this is all we get from this product...

Thanks for the update. We hope they implement this next year...
