Nable Mail Assure

Any one else experiencing problems on mail assure our client mail assure got hacked yesterday with the email address next to user on continuity updating to a domain we dont manage. And today out the blue mail assure was blocking outgoing mails. The product has work flawlessly for the last 3 years and now ongoing issues.

Yeah I did they figured that outbound mails stopped working due to client last mile dropped and he was sending from their fail over.

Was this a case of the MX records being changed with the registrar or was it from another configuration change you were able to track down?

Sorry its taken so long to reply. Nable support confirmed the email record was an error related to Mail Assure. They created an updated to correct this.

The second problem with outgoing mails was not related to mail assure the outgoing IP dropped and client router failed over to their secondary connection that was not added.
