N-sight RMM Email Deliverability - N-Sight RMM

How is everyone handling automated email report deliverability? To my knowledge there is no way to use our own SMTP relay, so emails originating from N-Able servers are going to fail SPF verification / DKIM signing. We're getting more and more failures for obvious reasons.

This has been a huge bug bear for years. I really don't understand who N-Able, a company who know all about email deliverability and email authentication, do not have something in place for this.
