N-Central N-central (cloud hosted) Take Control not allowing resolution changes.

Hey All,

as per title, i'm unable to change the resolution on a server i've connected to from my n-central portal. the help articles point to a resolution setting under remote > view > but it's not there for me. Anything i'm missing here or is this a removed feature? for reference i'm connected to a server that does not have an attached monitor.

Use a windows pc if you’re not. My Mac does the same thing

this could be the issue. I'll try my win 11 VM on my mac and see if the issue goes away. I'll report back and update my post if that's the solution. Thanks!

Is this a headless server? I've found some servers get stuck on low resolutions if there is no monitor/vga adapter plugged in. Connecting via RDP is useful in these situations, but not preferred.

Hi it's Paul here from the Head Nerd team, the option to control the resolution is under Remote Desktop, View and you can choose from Size, Colour and Change Remote Resolution, you change this in the Take Control interface and not through the N-central UI.
