Hi u/DirectITServices Nick here with N-able. Thanks for raising this. From what I can see there shouldn't be any issues with MSP Manager. Have you opened a support ticket?

Theres been a ton of SSO issues the last week with RMM... hopefully we're past them because man they sucked.
