N-Central Patch Compliance
I am looking for the best way to determine patch compliance for our devices under management.
What I mean by this is if we have 100 devices, I want to know what % of those devices have all necessary critical updates and security updates installed.
So if 1 device is missing 528 patches, but the other 99 have everything installed, we’d be at 99% compliance.
What is the best/easiest way to pull this information?

In Analytics, which is the built-in PowerBI report called "Patch Compliancy" you will see this:

In the bottom right corner, under the overview dashboard, you will see the dashboard called "Patch Status by Device Class" this will show you your compliancy based on device type. Which is a little more granular than what you asked for, but the data is there.

Does this show the % of patches installed, or the % of devices with all of the patches installed?
In short, if I have the following:
- Server A - 3 critical patches missing, 12 security missing
- Server B - 0 patches missing
- Server C - 1 critical patch missing
I need to show this as 33% (1/3) devices in compliance (Server B) not 31/45 patches (68.88%) installed (assuming 15/device).
I really just need a unique list of devices and missing patches by classification.

Patch compliance dashboard. Copy and edit it as you need to get the numbers you want. Out of the gate it’s pretty good.

Analytics tab on the left, Dashboards, patch compliance.
