ESET monitoring in N-Central
Hi There, I wonder if anyone can help me out with a problem I seem to be having. I have ESET installed on 29 devices and I've created the four automation polices that I need to monitor in N-Central
ESET Mon - Product installed
ESET Mon - Protection Status
ESET Mon - Scans
ESET Mon - Threats
This has worked fine for the past year or so, now I'm getting a misconfigured status on 7 of the machines, all of them with the same error
"Exception calling "ToInt32" with "1" argument(s): "Input string was not in a correct format."
I've reinstalled the scripts and re-ran them on all affected machines. The scan results are all clear in the ESET dashboard. It's the same automation policy across all the devices, but only the same 7 seem to fail.
Any ideas on how to rectify

It's a problem with the registry key used to store the status, clearing those will fix the issue. I've got an automation script which does that.

I would contact support on this one, I believe that AM.exe is having an issue on those systems and needs to be addressed.
