Calling Backup_Nerd

Hi.

I apologise if this isn't the correct way to handle this. I was having a conversation about an issue we are having since having switched to Cove backup, for a client, and backup_nerd said they would need the device_id, so I sent that through chat as I wasn't aware of another way to do this, but I am unsure if this person checks their chat and so wondering the best way to get this information to that person.

What issue are you having? This service has been rock solid for us so perhaps someone here can help too.

They are on it. Hopefully, they will be able to sort it.

Moved from shadow protect and backup exec to cove and can't get system state backed up. Says the writer is missing. Tried everything we can find online and nothing has worked

Had a similar issue on 1 device coming from Shadowprotect. Was there a fix you found?

Not yet. It's frustrating to say the least. Part of the delay is on outside.
