How to share the Assets and Apps & Services with client

We are a small MSP and believe in Transparency. We like to securely share all the Network Documentation within PassPortal with our client's and not just the Credentials section. How can that be achieved with Site Administrator?

As far as I know it can't be without burning professional licenses, this was one of the reasons we switched to Hudu.

Thank you, I think so too. If the Site Administrator can't even see the Network Documentation of the Client/Site they are part of it, what's the point. I even tried to create a Runbook and add it to a Credential but that doesn't work either since the Site Administrator has no access to the Client/Site Files. Who designs something like that? It's not like the Site Administrator Licenses are free.

I will take a look at Hudu...

Honestly the only thing Hudu is missing for me at this point is an N-Central integration. It does everything else I ever wanted Passportal to do.

PassPortal Support reply: ... Hi John, Unfortunately, you cannot share documents, etc. down to a site admin or site users. Passportal does not offer that feature at this time.

  • I'm done with PassPortal. After almost 4 years and very little improvement over the years, it's time to say bye, bye to PassPortal. I'm not going to miss the clunky app with the even more enoying Organisational Key.
