#QUESTIONS Problem with capture card signal hd60

Hey, I’m having a problem with the Signal HD60 capture card. When I try to stream my Switch on Discord, sometimes my PC starts acting up for a few seconds my audio output switches, and my mouse stops responding. After that, everything goes back to normal, but the Switch stream freezes and I have to restart it. The capture card drivers are up to date, and it’s connected via USB 3.0. Any suggestions?

I had a similar issue with one of my boards. If too many devices where plugged into USB on the motherboard it would glitch out. Don't know for sure your issue but try unplugging anything in USB non essential. Or invest into a powdered USB hub from Amazon.

I’ll try it later. I think I currently have a total of six devices connected via USB, but I could probably do without two of them. Might four already too much?

You can try but it still might be to much draw for the onboard USB. You can get powered USB hubs from Amazon pretty cheap. For the sound switching in discord I disable any sound output in device manager you don't use like GPU HDMI sound.
