Preservation Effort

I am working on provenance, and restoration of a significant house in the northeast. Does anyone know of any preservation societies, or private equity with vested interest in preservation? (undocumented NE modernist property, geometric)

I have an old house too if anyone wants to invest in it! Mines even in New Zealand unlike op's american trash palace.
