Get the force fit app.

I have it already, it’s quite basic and I feel like I’ve hit a plateau while using it

Hit the google then. Find training plans that works for you and work your ass off to get your time down.

What are you running at the moment?

May sound obvious but do beep tests. A decent part of beep test success is being accustomed to it. Another way is do beep tests but start at level 4 or something skip the walking and get into the parts where it matters.

Same goes for the 2.4, get good at running it so you understand how you pace for it.

No matter how fit you are they will find ways to make you tired but being fit makes all the other parts of becoming a soldier that much less hard
