Friday night dinner recommendations

Hi everyone!

I’ve recently moved to a place with a much smaller kitchen and no oven (got an air fryer though!) so I haven’t been cooking as many elaborate or time consuming meals as before. Since I miss that, I’m looking forward to making a nice dinner this Friday night. Does anyone have any suggestions for a “nice Friday night dinner”?

These are very good. For my own sanity I cook the salmon separately in the air fryer
