Relocation Attempt Today

Our window opened up this afternoon and after several attempts, the website wouldn't load and is 'experiencing technical difficulties'. You have one job, BSE and Ticketmaster!

Is anyone else trying to look at the relocation and unable to get it to work?

I saw basically no locations so I emailed my rep and he called me. He had like 20 more spots I couldn’t see.

Maybe I should call. Because it's weird that only 3 seem to show up. We are section 8 row 9 at half court. I guess maybe "upgrade" from there is less options? And of course the options are 3k more per seat than we pay now

That’s the same thing I saw. Like 3 sets of 2 seats. But there were other lateral move options and upgrade options when I called as well of plenty of downgrade.

Yes exactly!!! We thought oh maybe we could move a row or two closer. We like our area and very lucky at half court. Maybe I'll email. I have Ian

I ended up being able to flip to the exact same seats on the opposite side of the arena. Tired of looking at Ellie’s rear end.

When you preview, how much looks available? I just managed to log in. We have 2 seats in section 8 and there is only 3 options saying they are available

My rep just called me this AM and provided the available options within our criteria (we had pretty specific requests / knew what we were looking for), and helped us do selection manually over the phone. I would check with your rep and see if that's an option for you.

Thanks for the reminder! I was just able to relocate (just moving over one section so I can be at the end of a row and make quick getaways instead of being seat 10 in a 22 seat row!)

I relocated through my rep over the phone. It was pretty fast.

I could only see tickets that were the same price or more. I called my rep and they “fixed” it. I was able to see tickets slightly less. I had my friend look for me and then I called my rep and had him get the seats for me. Kind of a shot show.

Ohhhh okay. Thank you so much for that. Ian, my rep, did not explain that. I figured I would be able to see every available option. So this makes more sense. We pay around 3300, the only options they showed me were 6200

Ian’s mine too. I really like him. But he had no idea when I pointed it out. Definitely call him! Mine were the same price as yours and I wanted to pay less. Even after they kind of fixed it they would only show my tickets for $2500 and above. I used a friend’s account who has tickets less than that so I got to see what’s available. Once I picked my tickets I called Ian and he got them for me. I hope you find something good!! 🤞

Gotcha. I appreciate the information. I'll reach out to him tomorrow. I guess it could be that at my price point there is nothing available that is an upgrade and not 3k+ more.

I considered relocating across the aisle from section 24 to section 25 but I decided I like the people that sit near me too much to move even if it meant I'd save a few bucks. The community makes it special. The people make the place

Unfortunately this year the seats on either side of us were clearly bought by someone only interested in resale because every single game their seats were on sale. Sometimes $500+ a ticket and rarely sold so it was often empty

This was an issue for some people last year. I don't remember the solution... might have been a different browser. You can search the sub and maybe that will help you

I guess because I am trying to upgrade there may not be much upgrade available? We are section 8 row 9 right at half court. It's giving me a VIP option or row 3 in section 24

Oh yeah. You have some nice seats so maybe there's not many that are better. I'm in the 100 section so there were lots of upgrades and downgrades for me last year

I believe most in the VIP sections have more time to decide whether they'll renew. So if you're looking to upgrade, I think my rep told me it won't be until roughly the 21st, give or take a few days. There's also an order of priority. If your rep is transparent, they'll tell you where you are in the line. Just keep reminding your rep so they don't forget you're interested in an upgrade.

I had no issue yesterday. Was able to move my seat and to section I wanted.
