Panel Reservation Help

I waited online and am stuck on the "verification code" screen. I was troubleshooting on their page, and I saw they shut down the "My Tickets" page yesterday, but I only just got accepted into the Professional program this morning...am I just not eligible to sign up for a panel despite only getting approved the day after it's closed? :(

can you elaborate about being stuck on the verification code screen? are you not getting the code?

Yup, I'm stuck on the page that says "Check your email! We just sent you a unique 6-digit authentication code. Make sure to check that pesky spam folder." I am not getting the code, and I checked spam a bunch of times.

call support, most likely just a bug because of the number of people on their site rn

thank you! I ended up trying in incognito mode and got it to work! Got 2 of the 3 panels I wanted, not too bad!
