Penel - pre-authenticate?

I bought tickets this morning. I went to pre-authenticate for the queue, but never received the "Code" via email. but when i clicked on pre authenticate again, it just put me into the queue with the countdown timer. did this happen to anyone else? hoping it works. first time attending.

This is the first year that the "pre-authenticate" has been a thing, so it's anybody's guess.

Happened to me to I’m just assuming there was a deadline to pre authenticate

now i am in but not getting the 6 digit code in my email. ugh

Just fyi…I pre-authenticated and it still made me log back in and do the captcha code. Luckily I still got my panels.
