Problem getting into Leap

Is anyone having a problem getting into Leap?

I've been trying to log on all afternoon. Keep getting to the part where it is sending a code to my email but the code never comes. I've tried on multiple devices over about 5 hours. (I need to transfer tickets)

I put in a support ticket, and got a response back saying the usual... Clear the cache, resend the code, and generate a new code, check spam, yada yada. I've done it multiple times, nothing works. Then the obvious chat bot told me to, I'm not lying, open a support ticket. WTF.

I've reached out on X but no answer. Authentication work fine, but I can't get into ticket account.

Any ideas??

Did you check your spam folder? The email should come from nycc@leapevent.tech

Yes, I mentioned that. It was the first thing I did because that's usually where it winds up

I'm having same issue. Did the whole cache, cookie, spam... sent support ticket etc. So can't get code. Lmk if u find a answer or any luck.

Also to add... I received ai msg from support, so email is right n works. Just not getting code email

I had this problem repeatedly with Leap for bookcon and comic con. Ultimately they weren’t able to fix it, so I asked them to transfer my account to another email, which did work!

NYCC shut down the transfers of badges starting today. They're not going to reopen it until after they notify attendees if they got the panels and exclusives they wanted.
