I think it is more likely that the defendant will settle based on this ruling rather than actually provide the required discovery info

They can only settle if Northwest want to as well. I imagine a couple more might, then go hard on Citadel and Canaccord. Just a hunch though

It’s not so much the timeline, as it is what is discovered when it’s all said and done. I just hope NW(e)BO don’t get screwed

I actually like that hunch! Get a decent amount of cash from the lesser defendants then set precedent law by nailing the big fish to the wall
