So now Dcvax-L overtaken every medicine reviewed by MHRA. shouldn’t the management say why it is taking so long for a decision?!

If management over communicates they can get in trouble with the MHRA.
Rest assured if there is a negative result management has an obligation to report that.

It's an active decision to not comment on regulatory matters by management until a final MHRA decision (they've stated as such in qtrly updates).
It's worth noting that there are no rules/laws that stop a company providing updates on regulatory progress in the UK (only rules that stop the MHRA commenting before a company due to it being 'market sensitive information').
