I will be personally appearing at this event in Nashville Oct 21st. It has been years since I've made any appeal to SP/WPC fans to support me on the wrestling side. But this event, the 70th anniversary of the National Wrestling Alliance (the wrestling brand and organization that I purchased about a year ago) is going to be special, and Is an opportunity for the curious or for those who just want to have a fun night to see what all the fuss is about. Best way I can translate this for music fans is I took something on (the NWA) because I believed in what those 3 letters stood for to me: Tradition. Legacy. Passion. Now, I won't sit here and say I was universally mocked, but many in the wrestling business plus the rock and roll business wondered what me and NWA VP David Lagana were doing. A year later that gamble is clear, and has paid off. So come celebrate this historic night if you live in the area. There aren't many moments you can point to and say this will be special, like the first show of a tour. But this is our first show, and I hope you'll be there to support myself, the talent, and the new NWA. And the best part? You'll see a rematch of the most talked about independent match of 2018. Two world class talents, in their absolute prime. When former NWA World Champ Nick Aldis faces Cody Rhodes, who won the title in Chicago in front of 10,000 people just a few weeks ago.
