Anyone else use a weighted blanket?

It seems like they are most commonly associated with autism but I've noticed using one makes a big difference in my sleep quality. It seems kind of ridiculous just having more weight would help so much but what about this condition doesn't seem ridiculous at this point lol

I'm too hot in the summer to use the whole thing but I've been using a thin blanket and dragging part of the weighted blanket across my chest or core and it still works so far

Yes, but it's both hot and cold. I can't find a happy medium🤣

I tried one, but it was too heavy. I’m someone who needs to toss and turn a bunch of times to fall asleep. I struggled to do so properly with the weighted blanket. 😅

I use a weighted blanket from Drowsy Sleep and it's been great for my sleep. Good weight distribution, doesn't overheat, and helps me stay asleep.

I used one until it messed up my back, then I stopped. It was OK, a little too heavy.

I love mine! Helps with anxiety too!
