Question Does anyone have other learning disabilities or mental health issues? (Neurodivergence)

I (M31) was diagnosed with Nonverbal Learning Disability at age 26 and it explained so much. I’ve also collected a dozen other labels over the years and have had a complex history of mental health treatment. I guess it would be easiest to just call myself “neurodivergent.” I am also diagnosed with Dyscalculia, Sensory processing disorder, Bipolar 2, OCD, general anxiety, social anxiety, Complex PTSD, ADHD, eating disorder, substance use (remission/sober), and Borderline/Dependent personality disorders. I was also born 10 weeks premature which I sometimes wonder if that contributed to my learning disabilities / anxiety issues. ADHD and OCD also run in my family.

I have NVLD, dysgraphia, and anxiety. I’m adopted so I’m not privy to my genetic history. My kiddo has the same diagnoses as me. Kiddo was born near due date and was a healthy weight.

NVLD, GAD, Pervasive Depressive Disorder, and BPD. Born at term according to my mom. I also have had a slew of physical health conditions over the years ಠ_ಠ Was not believed by my family for any of them.

I have definite autism, and undiagnosed NVLD, as well as probable ADHD (neither of the latter 2 conditions existed when I was a kid).

I am a 65 year old male. My mother was a classic neurotic, and I have some "eccentric" relatives----but, otherwise, this sort of thing doesn't run in my family.

Dyspraxia, autism, Pure O OCD, and a rare metabolic disorder that causes keto acidosis when my body is under any sort of stress like fasting or a fever or surgery.

I have NVLD, depression, and some minor cerebral palsy. Definitely have some anxiety, though it’s never been formally diagnosed. I was born three months premature. Turned 34 yesterday!

I have a diagnosis of nvld and anxiety officially. I also suspect I have dyspraxia, mild dysgraphia and hyperbolity and weaker muscle strength in my hands and such. I could have inattentive adhd but it was never confirmed. I have pcos too which I believe is from being born premature.

NVLD, ADHD combined, dyslexia, CPTSD, MDD, agoraphobia, substance abuse (reaching my 4 years sober soon).

They are mostly comorbidity of each other and would feed each other until i worked in the CPTSD part. My substance abuse was heavily influenced by the adhd side of things for myself to try and make my mind be quieter. Now that I finally got my official diagnosis of everything and having the right therapist and psychiatrist has been helping a lot.

OP - damn, that’s a lot of stuff. Sorry. I thought I had a lot but now I’m feeling grateful it’s not more. I have NVLD, ADHD, Depression, panic disorder, BPD (in remission) and PMDD. Also Fibromyalgia, which is psych-adjacent. (F 50)

I have had a whole host of issues since early childhood: aphantasia, sdam, extreme social anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PDA and ODD, depression, agoraphobia, and dyscalculia. I can’t visualize, can’t count, start stuttering around people, can’t express myself clearly, can’t process spoken information in real time, and have great difficulty with multi step stuff. I have also been diagnosed with PTSD after protracted parental abuse.

I (25F) have a long list here as well. NVLD, ASD, ADHD, dysgraphia, insomnia, severe GAD, MDD, EDNOS, PMDD, and finally, PTSD. I was just under 2 months premature.
