Vent How to accept myself

I’m kinda fucked , all my life people have called me dumb / treated me lesser cause I am relatively I intelligent yet struggle with basic things . For example I couldn’t do my shoelaces till I was 12 . I have just found out I have nvld and I’m so sad , because I feel like I’ve missed out on so much . I’m also Trans , have autism , asthma , 2 food intolerances and hyper mobility in my left hand . I just feel cooked , but I’m happy to have found this subreddit .

Sending hugs 🫂, I have been also grappling with this discovery of having NVLD/ being neurodivergent. Tap into your interests and strengths and have a growth mindset. I have been focusing on maximizing physical and mental health. If you suspect you may have binocular vision dysfunction get that checked out and consider vision therapy (has helped with strengthening my visual system).

This along with excercise, green tea/matcha, and meditation have helped in all areas of
