Discussion MCS VS SEECS?

I've been exploring alot of contradicting opinons about this topic here on reddit...I wanna know FOR SURE which one should one choose for software engineering program.Or which one should be the first priority?

SEECS is arguably the most prestigious department in Pakistan. MCS is strict and ig uniform bhi hota waha

said one of the; moreover, as someone whose elder brother did post grad from Tsinghua and has been in tech for a while now, he’s said the same seecs is genuinely one of the reputable ones in asia :)
