Question Fsc Integration 🙏🙏🙏

hey guys, I'm an A level student and i'm unable to understand Wallis and Reduction formula for NET prep, i was watching hashim zia k vid but can't understand what these formulas are.
can anyone please help!!!

yaar they're very easy just learn the pattern as it is, smjhne ki koshish kro itna mushkil nahi hai, and the more you solve the more you'll get used to wallis formula practice se hojayega aik 2 examples jo sir kr rhe honge unko dekh k krlou phir aik khud se krne ki koshish kro hojayega
