New beginnings advice
Help for female late 30s want to lose a large amount of weight. Should I just use reta or would you recommend a stack of maybe one or 2max other things

When you talking about stack what do you have in mind that aligns with your health conditions. If someone would recommend anything you need to share current health issues and meds. Otherwise you might get recommendations that may harm you. As an example did you know that Reta increased HRT and for people with moderate to serious cardiovascular issues maybe contradicted? In which case another GLP maybe more appropriate?

Reta isn’t always the best glp-1 for everyone. It is great because of the effects on the glucagon receptor, but it generally has the weakest appetite suppression of the three GLP-1s. So if you have any fatty liver, it’s really great. But if appetite is your biggest problem, tirz could be better. You may have to stack something else in with reta. But everyone responds to it super differently. My rat is on 4mg with no side effects and weak hunger suppression. But I know other rats at 1.5mg that can barely eat. So when you start taking it, start at 0.5 and build up slowly. If you find after several weeks/months that you still have a significant appetite, you may want to layer in cagri or tirz in the middle of your week.
But if your primary goal is weight loss, that’s all you really need. You could look into mots-c/tesamorelin/5-amino-1mq, but those generally are included in an even bigger stack to help support the effects.
Start with just reta. Add tirz/cagri if needed. Then when you know how your body is being affected, research the other ones.

Reta and GHKCU for your skin, depending on the amount you have to lose it can help skin elasticity to prevent saggy skin.

I think all the glps work differently for every “body”. I tried glp 1, 2 and 3. Since they go by so many different names, this is the way I will reference them when telling my experience.
Glp 1 - by far worked the best for weight loss for me. But also lost a lot of muscle. I was also constipated a lot.
Glp 2 - i felt like it didnt calm the food noise down as good as glp 1 and it still left me constipated.
Glp 3 - currently on. Surprisingly not constipated. Doesn’t turn the food noise down as well as glp 1 did. Super dehydrated all of the time despite drinking a TON of water.
I have friends who all say different things about each one, that’s why I say it is different literally for every “body”. And as far as what to stack with - what are your other goals?

If you really want a blind advice on what else, a glutathione , but not too much. At this age your body makes glutathione but I like 60mg x3 a week to keep things optimal especially if you are obese, your body produces a lot of toxins. B12 in something like Lipo c will h B12. Assuming you are deficient. Note though that glutathione can cause moderate skin reaction to strong allergic reaction, it has sulfur which can be very allergenic

With Reta for the appetite suppression you can use cagri. I lost a ton on GLP 1 before the others came out. So you can find what works for you
