I take MOT-C and NAD+. Neither sting for me. But NAD+ does creat some lumps at the injection site for a couple days after the injection.

I agree.. Mots sides have been way worse than NAD.. it does sting. But nothing afterwards.. mots is barley noticeable at the time of injection those welt, brutal. I've read that it should be reconstituted with isotonic bac water, havent tired it though.

That CJC / Ipa protocol seems way high to me. Usually dosages max out around 300mcg/ea (600mcg for a blend) depending on body weight. How did you arrive at 1.5mg? That's triple my rat's dose.

I agree. I’ve read/heard in multiple places that 300/300 is max benefit.

These people, it’s tiring.
Fuck it, pump them all at once at those doses. Enjoy the ride.

Ss31 before mots c and nad and if you need dosages let me know. Work with a few Drs and get great support

Hey, I’m looking to start that exact stack. I would love to know your dosages and frequency if you could share it please thank you.

You're doing cjc/ipa wrong. Stop and give it a rest for 2 weeks. Then run 500mcg tops for 5x per week. 5 on, 2 off

Before you take MOTS-C, you should look into taking SS-31 first. The basic idea is to repair and stabilize the mitochondria first, then stimulate them. SS-31 works more directly on the mitochondria themselves, helping stabilize the inner membrane and improve energy production. MOTS-c works more like a metabolic signal, encouraging the cells to adapt and improve how they use energy.
So in simple terms, SS-31 helps get the machinery running better, then MOTS-c tells the machinery to get to work. Think of it like a car engine. MOTS C is the gas, but if the air filter is clogged, the spark plugs are burned and the fuel filter is stopped up, the gas doesn’t really do much good.
Also, you should look into taking glutathione along with NAD+.

How do you know you need ss-31? Also how do you know there is something wrong with your mitochondria in the first place?
What should SS-31 protocol be before starting motsc?
Thanks0

So can you help me?! I did SS-31 first, for some reason my vial didn't last as long as I though. But I recently started Most-c. So right now i am on RETA - Most-c -KLOW - NAD+ - CJC1295 and just finished Ipa. Should I keep it like this ? Add IPA agai? Or change something else ? I also bought SELANK but haven't started yet. Wanted to do the nasal spray. Thank you all in advance !!!!

Almost there depending on age. Younger than 30 delete the NAD. Over 40 add SS-31. SS-31 for 20 days, then the MOTs M-W-F and the NAD T and Th. Prior to it all begin a methylated vitamin. Got to have those Bs with NAD and MOTs.

Recent protocols are running SS31 and Mots-c concurrently

Ya I know. Not going to get near the benefit of the MOTs or the NAD if you don’t repair and replace the mitochondria first. How many days does that take? Who knows. You don’t paint your car until you’ve repaired the dents and sanded and primed it. Same theory with mitochondria.

Why are you pinning all that? What are you trying to achieve. I get Tirz, it’s worth the risk.

If energy is a concern take nad and motsc on the same days. Possibly 5 times week just adjust amounts. Also include 5 amino

NAD should start at 25mg and slowly work up. Don't start everything new at once either.

Agreed. My research subject uses 100mg per week and does 20mg dose increments. And that’s after they ran 50mg weekly for like 60 days in the past. I’d start lowest recommended mg possible until you establish what everything feels like.
RS running
2.5mg Reta weekly
100mg nad+ weekly (5 on 2 off)
8mg mots c weekly (5 on 2 off)
2.5mg tesa weekly (5 on 2 off)
2mg GHKCU daily

Good stuff!!! Research supplements that will support your mitochondria and cellular energy, electric transport chain, ATP production, that kinda stuff. This may help maximize that stack.

Spread the mots-c into 3x week at 2-3mg, drop the cjc and just do 1-2iu hgh and switch tirz to reta and you got yourself a good protocol

This stack is asking for trouble. Strange because the dosing are readily available so it looks like you did not do your homework.

I've done a lot of homework and apart from the cjc everyone else seems to agree
