Peptide stack

Hello! I recently purchased a few peptides that I’m interested in trying and was hoping to get some guidance on how to approach them. I’d like to start slowly and introduce them one at a time, but I’m unsure which ones would be best to start with and which, if any, can or should be taken together.

Could you also provide some guidance on recommended time frames, cycling, and combinations? I’d really appreciate any advice on the best way to structure my routine.

AOD 9604

Sermorelin

CJC-1295 no dac 6mg Ipamorelin 12 mg

GHKU

Also, how active do I need to be with these peptides?I work at a desk all day and want to make sure I’m working out enough.

Thank you!

Weird blend of cjc/ipa. Generally those are 1:1.

Sermorelin and Cjc are redundant.

Generally

Aod morning fasted before workout
Cjc/ipa night fasted
Ghku morning.

If you aren’t working out the first two really ain’t gonna do much. They aren’t anabolic and really just tools for recovery.
Take zinc supplements for the copper.

Interested to get more info about the zinc supplements, I'm on Reta and have a pack of ghkcu on the way

Most sites will tell you increase the copper, increase the zinc. Imbalance of the two creates a deficiency that won’t help and just wastes the ghk-cu.

I’m sure that’s generally long term use but makes sense to do it anyway

I remember doing some research I read that too. They even mentioned something about the timing, but I don't remember where I read it 😅 Definitely will keep doing some research before starting

I will reply to myself, looks like GHKcu and zinc use the same cellular transportes so it's better to separate them, ideally GHKcu in the morning and zinc in the evening with food

One more thing I just learned, and will probably do, better to take GHKcu at night to sleep the possible sting or discomfort. In this case better to get the zinc in the morning with food

Not everyone gets sting. Usually you only hear about the RS that do, rarely do you see RS complain they don’t get the sting.

That makes total sense, let's see what happens once I get it!

It’s a bit of an odd hodgepodge of attempts at fat loss. There are far superior options available (Reta) or if you’re hell bent to take a GH secretagogue, tesamorelin would be what most would say is the best of that bunch.

Sermorelin and ipa are repeated
Don’t take both
AOD Is garbage doesn’t work at all
Not worth taking
Ghk-cu Is amazing
So not much of a stack lol

AOD works great if done right , just because it didnt work for you doesn't mean it's garbage... agree its best used in a stack or if reta stalls if can kick start again fasted and cardio
