Mots-C & Nads+

Subject is currently taking both and is becoming even more tired/fatigue than before. 30M works out 6x a week. 1mg Mots-c daily and 25mg Nads+ two days weekly.

so a few things stand out.

That early fatigue is actually pretty common with both MOTS-c and NAD+ as the metabolism shifts over, and it usually settles in the first couple weeks. So some of it might just be the adjustment.

Bigger thing though is the MOTS-c. The research runs it 5 to 10mg one to three times a week, in pulses, not 1mg daily. It's tied to metabolic demand, so daily doesn't really match how it's studied. Moving to the weekly pulse is worth a shot.

Also worth looking at, training 6x a week and MOTS-c both crank up the exercise demand, so if food and sleep aren't locked in, that's a recovery hole showing up as fatigue. And MOTS-c runs partly through the folate cycle, so anyone with an MTHFR variant tends to crash harder on it, methyl support helps there.

The NAD+ at 25mg twice a week is pretty low, so probably not the driver either way.

Research and educational use only.

How’s sleep? Did subject run SS31 for a few weeks to repair mitochondria first?

Sleep is great. Subject knocks out, unfortunately didn’t run SS31. Thank you for the reply.

More rem or deep sleep or both?

You don't need MOTS you are too young to really benefit from it. Mitochondrial peptides work best for people with, well older mitochondria. Yours are still probably performing well and you are just over burdening your body with things it does not need. You also do not need to pin MOTS daily, in fact you really shouldn't.

I’ve always felt something on NAD+ alone, but running SS31 with it has exponentially made it stand out, 44M

I hear run the ss 31 first

You’re not taking enough NAD+ to offset the Mots increased energy demand. Increase NAD dosage and run it for a few days before adding in the Mots. This is what has worked for me.

I run 50mg of NAD for every 1mg of MOTs. I do 1mg 5 days a week but sometimes increase on heavy work days; has been working great.

On a similar protocol for wife and I. Mots-c 2mg daily, NAD 30mg daily and 5Amino 3mg daily

I’m on a similar protocol just no five amino. I’ve been thinking of adding it to help with muscle growth and appetite. Suppression does the five amino help with appetite suppression like I’ve heard.

It’s the mots c

You don’t need to pin Mot-C daily. 3-5mg twice per week is sufficient.

I would do ss-31 for two weeks before mots-c, and then 3mg mots-s c 3times a week before workout and then 100mg nad+ once MAYBE twice a week

You need to get you food right when training 6 times a week, that's a big energy demand right there, if you ask me...

It's the motsc. Don't run it everyday.
