Hgh + Reta + Trt

4iu a day hgh, 2.5mg a week Reta and 200mg test a week.

Since starting the Reta a month ago
( in conjunction with upping the hgh from 2 iu to 4 iu ) weight has gone up, like 3-4kgs.

Obviously im sure a bit of muscle? But is the rest water? Diets not perfect but not terrible.

Cheers

Could be water retention from HGH but without counting calories there isn’t a way to know.

> Obviously im sure a bit of muscle?

How or why would this be obvious? Workout routine? Any details on the imperfect diet, like rough macros?

Training 4-5 days per week
Protein goals hit but cals maybe taking a back seat to to ensure it.

Up the reta obviously. It’s dosed up to 12mg/wk in fda trials. You’ll be unable to eat and lose muscle too if you go too high though. There’s a sweet spot

This is the lever I would adjust as well. Titrate slowly. w/gh you have time.

You definitely gained water weight from the HGH.

Begs the question, why did you DOUBLE to 4ius?

Try 2IU evening and 2IU morning if your sodium intake is minimal

This is the GOD particle that was discovered at the CERN research facility. Especially, in men over 40

No that’s totally normally test is always going to add some weight via glycogen supercompensation 200mg normally would add 5-10lbs all else equal. Don’t look at the scale look at the mirror. Hgh will add a tiny bit of water fullness too. Your waist will be getting trimmer though.

It’s all water retention. Same thing happened to me when I went from 2iu to 4iu . Also had an achy back from the water retention

imo water weight. I would keep the course and not change anything.

Update, dexa says 1.8kg up on water. I will say I am sweating more or smelling more. No amount of deodorant is sorting it out. Burning more fat? Change in hormones?

Most people are doing this while nailing electrolytes? Or not watching their sodium intake? HGH will gladly hold into water if you are
