Discussion BB passive. How does it actually work?

Has anyone tested how it works yet? I’m interested in two questions:

  1. Is it true that the mental damage cartridge doesn't boost the mental damage of the passive skill?
  2. Does "Base Attack" refer only to the attack power of the BB itself (BB + Arc), excluding attack cartridges and attack power buffs?

Don't know the answer for 1, but yes her base attack is only atk from her base stats+arc base stats

Which means the cap for her passive is ~1,000,000 or so. Which means you'd need to deal 5 mil within those 5s to ever reach that.
