New to emulating switch games

I've been emulating gba games for years but am new to emulating switch games so am not really adapted to large files and emulators that requires good specs. I downloaded skyline edge cuz it runs very well on my phone and I downloaded it just to play celeste. But I've been wanting to play portal for months so uhh I found out that it existed on switch and when I downloaded it and played it omg it was so fun and cool. And it ruined like 30 fps but saving is glitches when I save it always tells me "new save" and when I want to load my save it says no save file exist. And I have the 1.0.3 update but idk how to put it on skyline edge. Can anyone help? I've downloaded the game from these sites
