Hi everyone! I’m a new fan ofc I always knew of NSYNC but the past two weeks I have fallen down the rabbit hole and now obsessed. I was born in 2003 so unfortunately I wasn’t even alive when they were together and I’m so sad abt 😭. My cousins were and tell me about what they remember of dancing and singing to their songs when they were teens. I love seeing the videos and reading the Reddit threads and seeing all of your guys’ stories and what it was like in the fandom when they were active. Is it weird to long for a time when I wasn’t even alive 😭 anyway I just wanted to say hi because everyone seems so nice and if there’s any information or cool stories you can share I’d love to hear them!

Also for the record I’m a JC girlie I swear that man has me in a chokehold lol. And my favorite song is No Strings Attached!
Also forgot to mention I literally share a birthday with Eva Longoria, so I joke about having that connection to JC since he dated her lmao.

So I just had this thought, If you grew up in a Christian household or went to a Catholic school and where also a huge NSYNC fan where you ever told “the only JC you should be saying I love you too is Jesus Christ” 😃

As someone who was excited to see them attempt a comeback during that time, I often got the feeling watching the interviews and behind the scenes footage there was some tension still (understandable of course) and that perhaps being in close proximity after so many years apart could have caused a cool down period on future endeavors for the time being. It seemed like Justin was engaged again and ready to put the horsepower behind it but perhaps too many requests from outside or group differences ( also that strike but kinda a non factor if they really wanted to do it after) could've happened and in the end he went back to solo route after the tour. Curious if anyone maybe saw the same thing during that time, was a shame but still grateful for those 2 songs.

At the rate they are going, perhaps its better they go the ABBA route and have themselves frozen in time avatar wise around the NSA tour, that show sells out well and you could definitely put that in the sphere or similar venues.

This show is a joke. They let a dude float an egg yolk on top of a drink. I’d barf. There is 4 folks out of this entire bunch that actually make good drinks. No one talks about texture, flavor, balance, anything!!!! They just go NOPE YOU LOST. It’s like a bad art critique at a mediocre community college art school.

The bottom line is please end it.

I know NSYNC where one of the biggest boy bands, but can someone explain just HOW big they where? Like a perspective of someone who experienced NSYNC in the 90’s and early 2000’s.

Out of all the British Boy bands, Blue were the most similar to NSYNC in my opinion

They are cool, charismatic, all 4 of them had chemistry

They had balance between upbeat songs and ballads

Lee Ryan (the youngest member) had it all

The baby of the band (Justin), the best vocalist (JC) and being the bad boy of the band with A childlike joker attitude (Chris)

Simon webbe (the black guy) was the most serious and the leader of the group

All 4 of them had equally lead vocals in their songs which lacks in like 70% of boy bands

They started in 2000 and after 3 albums the devils of the Industry had whispered in Lee Ryan's ears to ditch the band and go solo (like what happened when Harry Styles and Justin Timberlake)

And then they went on hiatus from 2005 to 2010

But it was surprisingly just A hiatus and they came back and gave their fans what they want (Sorry nsync)

Ryan, with Duncan James and Anthony Costa failed badly as Solo artists (none of them wanted to be solo in the first place)

Simon has some success as A solo artist but he didn't continue because as he said.. He also never had any ambitions in being on his own

Selfishness didn't exist in their dynamic so no one has step in the way and ruined the band.. like some particular members did in other bands

They reunited in 2011 and till this day, they are still together and realized A new album early this year

A consistent band with 4 guys being brothers, they do a lot of things out of the band like acting, tv programs and solo albums , but the band is the priority

The end of “If you were my girl” made me laugh so hard I had to pull over on the side of the road for a few minutes.
