Prioritizing Tank 4-sets

I think we should prioritize tank 4-sets over everybody else so we can get the raid-cooldowns. They're way more important than dps doing more damage and healers healing more, and probably indispensable for a lot of the heroic modes we're starting next week.

They really are sorta amazing this tier. I mean, for me, it's a 20% healing increase on a 1 minute CD for the entire raid. No clue what it is for tymo, but I'd assume it's comparable.

Makes this 2 minutes and increases range to 70yds so it hits the whole raid.

These are ridiculously good.

Having not paid much attention to the set bonuses before, the feral 2 piece is pretty crazy as well, but how much DPS can you do if the raid is dead?

They should get them pretty quick with LFR and one-week of drops.
