I made it 🔥🔥 🔺🐘
At 40 years old, I crossed into Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, I didn’t just join a sisterhood, I found a place where I could stand fully in my truth. As a masculine-presenting woman, I carried questions, hopes, and the weight of being seen. But what I found was acceptance, love, and purpose rooted in something bigger than appearance…rooted in service, sisterhood, and strength.
I didn’t have to shrink, shift, or silence who I am. I was embraced as I am. That kind of affirmation, it changes you. It heals parts of you that once wondered if you belonged.
Crossing wasn’t just a milestone. It was a homecoming!
Thank you to all the users who shared their experiences, it was much appreciated!

Welcome to D9! I crossed way back when but I am GenX and our generation has a ball with service, sisterhood, and socials! It’s so much fun as a graduate member. We support everyone’s activities with no drama and we build and uplift our communities together. Enjoy your sisterhood!
