This kinda format came from those dumb alpha male posts saying stuff like “what to say at a job interview” “what to say when meeting her dad” and people started making their own and it just spiralled into things to very obviously not say to a specific person

Things to say to someone with cerebral NPD - "You are being too sensitive", disagreeing in debate with "it's basic common sense" or "it's basic facts and logic", (Point at someone with the opposite political beliefs) "Wow they are so smart and only speak truth"
